How do I get something notarized?
Notary Public services are provided to any Town of Colton resident free of charge, both the Clerk and Deputy are able to perform this service.
This service can be provided to non-residents at the State-assessed fee structure.
Be advised that if the Notary does not understand what they're signing or if the requestor does not have the appropriate documentation, the Notary has the right to refuse service.
At no time will a document be notarized without all Notary regulations being followed.
