Question: Should I contact the Code Enforcement Officer (CEO) prior to filling out an application?
Answer: Not necessary, but helpful as each project varies.
Question: How do I pay the application fee?
Answer: The application fee should be submitted to the COE during the application review, either with cash or a check made out to the Town of Colton.
Question: How is the application fee assessed?
Answer: During the COE's onsite review of the application and project, a fee will be assessed based on the project.
Question: Should I expect additional fees from the CEO throughout my project?
Answer: No.

The application form can be filled out and emailed to [email protected], placed in the drop box at the Town Hall, or dropped off to the Town Clerk during business hours.
